So this week has been really busy, as you can see...
I had the pleasure of spending Monday with 5 lovely ladies as we collaborated on a photo shoot in Plymouth. Blair and the rest of the gang at Setting the Space were very accommodating, and we had the store all to ourselves after hours. Dorothy & Olivia from Cape Model & Talent Agency were two of the models, and my friend Katie was the third.
Katie and I arrived first and had the luxury of using natural light for the beginning of her portraits. I just love the glamorous look of her dark hair and light skin. Don't you just get lost in those luscious brown eyes? Never having modeled before, I think she did a splendid job.
Dorothy is a professional model and the co-owner of the agency. She was perfect in the light ivory shades of her clothes and the taupe of the bed linens. Knowing how to pose made my job so easy!
Olivia is an experienced model and the daughter of Dorothy's business partner, Keith. She was very sweet and we enjoyed mixing her look up a bit to showcase her youth.
We had a lot of fun even though we all had a bit of sensory overload due to the fabulous merchandise at the store. It took a while for the people walking by the window to figure out what we were doing, and we got a lot of strange looks. Overall it was a great evening.
There are so many images that I'm sure I will LOVE, but I haven't had a chance to look at all of them yet. So, here are just a few in a sneak peek...
